Background

The Company was founded in 1968 and privately owned untill 1985
when an investment company bought the business.
In 1986 the first CNC machine was bought and MR. Billy Paulsson started
as Managing Director.
In 1994 Mr. Billy Paulsson together with Mr. Michael Holmgren gets the
opportunity to buy the company from Finnveden Invest. At this time the company
has a turnover of 12 mill. SEK and has 12 employees.
The company continuously expands with investments in techniques of cutting machines.
The area of the premises is increased several times.
In 2005 the company is Quality certified according ISO TS 16949.
VIAB had the certificate of ISO 9001 (1996) and ISO 14001 (2001)
From the 2nd January 2007, VIAB is a part of the exchange quatated
group Xano Industri AB, seated in Jönköping Sweden.
